The Nautiner 30R Cruiser / Racer has been designed to combine startling performance with safe handling, whilst delivering a practical and luxurious interior for those extended cruises. Handling and pointing ability was a key driver in the design of these boats, with its high- performance off-shore hull design and the modern non-overlapping headsail configuration, it achieves both of these goals admirably.

The downwind performance has been optimised with the inclusion of a 2 mtr carbon bowsprit. This ensures that the luff of the spinnaker is kept far in front of the bow, in clear air, thereby allowing the Nautiner 30R to sail much deeper downwind than is normally possible with a stem mounted asymmetrical spinnaker.

The yacht is powered by a 14hp diesel engine and a folding propeller as standard. As you would expect for a performance yacht of this type there are a number of options available, including aft mounted radar for offshore cruising and racing. Also available are basic sailing electronics through to a fully integrated race system, including software such as Expedition or Deckman. A conventional spinnaker-pole configuration can be supplied in place of the bowsprit and, if preferred, the wheel steering can be changed to tiller steering. As standard this yacht includes a tall 11.5 double-spreader rig, 2 mtr carbon bowsprit, carbon wheel and pedestal.
